This alliance ensures that Bakers transitioning out of homelessness receive comprehensive, wraparound services necessary for long-term success.
Our Role: Full-Continuum Life Stabilization
Bridge Bread expertly provides the foundation of employment and job skills. Advocates STL complements this work by providing the critical life stability infrastructure needed for Bakers to thrive permanently.
Through this partnership, Advocates STL provides Bakers with:
Dedicated Advocacy: Assigned, trained Advocates offering personalized, one-on-one support.
Essential Support Services: Direct assistance with complex challenges, including securing and maintaining stable housing, navigating social services, and applying for benefits.
Crisis Resilience: Access to immediate crisis intervention and specialized referrals for mental health support and counseling.
Peer Group Supervision: A structured environment for shared learning, accountability, and community building, designed to ensure continued stability after employment transitions.
Beyond Employment: Funding Success
Our commitment ensures that if and when a Baker leaves the Bridge Bread program, they are not just leaving with job skills; they are leaving with a secure, stable transition plan and ongoing life support.
